Behold, looketh across the heights of the B Block, and a sprawling glade of sacred purity is unfolded. Therein lie several elven Spice Boyz frolicking in the lush gree....uh...weeds. Yeah.
Looketh yonder!
It be the Sacred Spice Garden (w/ weeds).

The first Spice Boy, Joeyoung Yellowlens, managed to dig up quite a stubborn weed! As you can see, he is clearly satisfied with his 'haul'.

But what is THIS? Victoryek PAIKAH is absolutely going WOOOODEEEFFFFFFFFF over Zhenyang Biggunz weed BOMBZ.
And all is well, the sacred grove is once again cleansed from the defiling weeds (well somewhat). Till next time, when the sacred grove is being desecrated, the Spice Boyz shall come to the rescue!

what in the world are some of our classmates doing? in which mysterious corner of the school?

turns out they are weeding, preserving the (not very very known) spice garden present in school!
and if there exists doubts about the authenticity of these photos...

TAKE THAT, doubters!

haha thanks everyone for your response :)
to reply to zhen yang's suggestion - it is sweet of you to offer, but i took most of the readings from jstor, which is basically off the internet and convenient. =P
The only (extra) resource i need is:
A companion to science fiction, edited by David Seed. which can only be found at the Lee Kong Chian Reference Library , under the call number English 809.38762 COM. (so does anyone want to volunteer? if not, i will go on sat and pass to u guys on sun, sth like that.)
meanwhile, i have 3 readings (which i will get printed out tmr and photocopied by this week, hopefully):
- "Light of the Home," Light of the World: The Presentation of Motherhood in
Gilman's Short Fiction - Revisiting the Concept of Community: An Examination of Charlotte Perkins
Gilman's Utopian Vision - The Utopian Imagination of Charlotte Perkins Gilman: Reconstruction of Meaning
in "Herland"
which should make for an exciting, interesting reading... haha

To those taking H2 lit:
are you feeling clueless about what to write for herland (!!) or coleridge (!) or poe (!) ??
feeling lost/ confused/ panicky/ scared because BT 1 is in slightly less than 2 weeks time? don't worry, you are not alone!
okay lah, i am just scaring you, because we are not tested on coleridge or poe yet (i think). so the only thing we have to worry abt is herland.
anyway, i am thinking of finding some (extra) readings on herland in the school lib/ national lib/ internet. why don't we just invest in a photocopying card for the entire lit class? then when i find stuff, i will photocopy it so everyone can benefit. =D
if anyone has any objections for whatever reason(s), indicate so at the tagboard. or if you think we have enough notes already, tag also. OR if you like the idea, TAGGGG.
if no one replies, i will presume no one wants it?
